Patient Experience Programme
Our Patient Experience Programme is one of our engagement
programmes delivered by our officers and trained volunteers and is currently
implemented in hospitals across Kensington and Chelsea and Westminster.
We provide anonymous feedback about people’s experience of using health
services to NHS bodies to help improve future service provision. We update local people who have shared their thoughts and concerns as part of this programme through our new patient experience feedback report.
