Patient Experience Programme report Q2 25-26

We have published our Q2 data analysis report for our Patient Experience Programme. Find out more below.

Between July to September 2025, for secondary care we visited Chelsea & Westminster Hospital, St Mary's Hospital and Queen Charlotte's and Chelsea Hospital as part of our ongoing Patient Experience Programme. A total of 237 surveys were collected. 

We also received a total of 43 surveys at The Doctor Hickey Surgery, for our primary care visits. 

People told us what went well and areas that can be improved and based on this, we analysed the findings to provide key recommendations for improvements that will be shared with service providers. Read our report for more information.
