We have published our Q1 data analysis report for our Patient Experience Programme. Find out more below.

Between April to June 2025, we visited Chelsea & Westminster Hospital, St Mary's Hospital and Queen Charlotte's and Chelsea Hospital as part of our ongoing Patient Experience Programme. 

A total of 240 surveys were collected. People told us what went well and areas that can be improved and based on this, we analysed the findings to provide key recommendations for improvements that will be shared with service providers. Read our report for more information.
