Equity in Action: Engaging Communities to Improve Access to Care for All - Annual Report 24-25

In our Annual Report, you can read about our engagement activities and the work we have undertaken. This is a shared annual report which combines the output of Healthwatch Westminster and Healthwatch Kensington & Chelsea, our jointly commissioned service. 

Throughout the past year:

• We heard from 726 residents, who shared their experiences of health and social care services with us, helping to raise awareness of issues and improve care.
• We successfully guided 2761 people, who reached out to us for advice and information about topics such as mental health help, navigating the complaints procedure and seeking advocacy, and wheelchair user support.
• We published 11 reports about the improvements people would like to see in various areas of health and social care.
