Help shape NHS 111 services in North West London

The London Ambulance Service is looking to expand the range of patient voices in its Patient Advisory Group (PAG) to reflect the demographics of North West London and help shape the NHS 111 service.
What does this PAG do?
Members of this PAG are involved in:
- Reviewing feedback from local communities on the North West London NHS 111 service
- Providing recommendations to inform and co-design service improvements
- Getting insights from voluntary and community groups to inform London Ambulance Service’s work
- Building upon and implementing the patient engagement plan of the London Ambulance Service
What will change as a result of this work?
Your contributions will allow the NHS to:
- Strengthen the patient voice in ways that lead to change
- Have a better understanding of patient experience
- Use data to assess health inequalities
- Identify opportunities to improve patient care
Are there any requirements to join the PAG?
You will need to commit to an hour-long meeting via Microsoft Teams every 3 months.
If you wish to participate in additional activities, there will be an opportunity for you to do so.
When will the next meeting take place?
