Recent change to online support for adults experiencing mental health difficulties

Closure of Qwell mental health service on the 31st March, 2024

On March 31, 2024, Qwell, an online counseling service for those who are 18 years of age or older and live in North West London (Brent, Harrow, Hillingdon, Westminster, Kensington and Chelsea, Ealing, H&F, Hounslow), will close. Thus, from March 1, 2024, no new registrations will be allowed on the website. 

Qwell is offered by Kooth, which will keep delivering free, secure, and anonymous online mental health support to young people up to 25 years old through an online mental health platform that offers community, professional support, and self-help activities. 

Adults who are struggling with anxiety and depression can still obtain support from NHS Talking Therapies Services in person or by scheduling an online appointment.
