Have you used NHS 111, A&E, or ambulance services in Westminster in the last three years? Whether it was for yourself, someone else, or as part of your job, we want to hear from you.

The London Ambulance Service delivers these vital services to people across London, including here in Westminster. They’re currently putting together a new strategy to improve what they do – and they’ve asked Healthwatch for our help.

So we want to hear directly from you. It only takes a few minutes to share your experience and help improve emergency and urgent care in London. What went well? What could be improved?

The closing date is 20 January 2023.

To inform our advice for the London Ambulance Service, we will also be conducting multiple emergency and urgent care Enter & View visits in Westminster.

Why is Healthwatch Westminster involved in this work?

With the help of our Healthwatch volunteers, we recently put together a set of five priority areas for Healthwatch Westminster in 2022-23. These priority areas make sure that we’re focusing on the issues in Westminster that matter most to you.

One of these priority areas is ambulance services, so this project for the London Ambulance Service is a great opportunity for us to help improve the vital services they provide.
