Imperial College Healthcare Trust is inviting patients, families, carers and community members to join an online listening event to help shape the future of visiting across its hospitals.
The Trust wants your feedback on its current approach to visiting, a proposal to extend visiting hours, and how it can improve communications with visitors. Three online events will be held in September – each 60 minutes – so that you can share your views. All participants will receive a voucher for taking part and the views and feedback from community members who have not worked with the Trust in the past are particularly welcome.
The dates and times for each session are as follows:
- Tuesday 9 September - 1 to 4pm
- Thursday 11 September - 6 to 7pm
- Wednesday 17 September - 6 to 7pm
