This is your opportunity to hear updates, ask questions, and contribute your thoughts on how health and care services are delivered across North West London.

- what the government’s recent changes mean for local NHS services
- what the Health Needs Assessment tells us so far, and what still needs exploring
- space for you to suggest what should be discussed at future forums.
