If you are a patient at any of the following Practices, the West End and Marylebone Primary Care Network would love to see you at their health fair on Wednesday, May 14th between 3pm and 5pm:

- Covent Garden Medical Centre
- Marylebone Health Centre
- Crawford Street Surgery
- Great Chapel Street Medical Centre
- Mayfair Medical Centre
- Soho Square Surgery
- Soho Square General Practice
- Cavendish Health Centre
The event is at St Anne’s Church, 55 Dean Street, London W1D 6AF
No registration is needed and you can pop in at any time.
Arabic, Cantonese, Bengali and Romanian language support and light refreshments will be available.
