Cleo Chalk (she/her) - Healthwatch Service Manager

As Service Manager, Cleo's role is to oversee the delivery of our services, ensuring Healthwatch Westminster is well connected with local partners and amplifying voices of residents at every level of decision making. She represents Healthwatch Westminster on local boards and committees, and is dedicated to helping local people get involved in the process of reviewing and improving health and social care.

Blessing Ogunoshun (she/her) - Healthwatch Westminster Manager

As the Healthwatch Westminster Manager, Blessing is currently responsible for staff, contact, and project management, as well as managing engagement and outreach with local communities, communicating outcomes and impacts, and influencing decision-makers. Her background in Law and Global Health & Social Justice, as well as her extensive experience providing systemic improvements with a strong emphasis on equality and development in both private and public health settings in Nigeria, are consistent with Healthwatch's core values of health equity and equality.

Ruth Daniel (she/her) - Volunteer Coordinator

As Volunteer Coordinator, Ruth is tasked with promoting community involvement. She engages with local residents and oversees recruitment, onboarding, and management of our volunteers.

With a strong understanding of citizen involvement in healthcare, along with experience in volunteer management and collaboration with the NHS and social care systems for patient feedback, Ruth prioritises project management and community outreach in her role. Her dedication to equality, safeguarding, and ongoing learning aligns with the core values of Healthwatch.
